Research
Highlights: I conduct research in the field of prosocial (helping) behavior. Currently I am examining the factors that underlie sustained helping of two types: volunteerism and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. A second field of interest is the scholarship of engagement: how to bring faculty researchers and community partners together to work on problems of mutual interest.
